Its fruit is intense and marked with green hues, whilst the leaf and stem of the olive tree are milder, yet persevering. This makes for a taste of freshness, identifiable with the green olive.
It flows in the mouth with vegetable hues which hint at its personality. Its intensity lies in its bitterness and mildly spicy nature, which highlights its high content of natural antioxidants. The presence of dried fruit, lightly bitter in taste with a slow after-taste is notable and never ceases to surprise the palate. Thanks to this most native of fruits, we are lead on a journey through the traditional olive grove, an encounter with Hacienda Guzmán’s Sevillian olive culture.
