A moderately intense fruitiness, complex on the nose, leads us to recognise the unmistakable quality of the hojiblanco, the sweetness of the arbequina and the pleasant bitterness of the Sevillian manzanilla.
It is light in the mouth, and the greens hues return to the nose, fresh herbs and artichoke or even tomato branch, banana and almond.
